1. Service and terms

WearStage provides AI image, video, model, and product visual tools for fashion commerce. Use the service in accordance with these terms, our Privacy Policy, and Commercial Use guidance. You must have appropriate authority when acting for a team or business.

2. Accounts and access

Provide accurate account information, protect your sign-in credentials, and take responsibility for activity in your account. Contact us promptly about unauthorized access or unexpected charges. Do not bypass permissions, impersonate others, or disrupt the service.

3. Uploaded materials and output

You retain the rights you already hold in your own uploads. Ensure you are authorized to upload and process products, people, trademarks, and other references, and permit WearStage and the providers needed to complete your tasks to process that content to deliver the requested features.

AI output may be inaccurate, non-unique, or similar to third-party content. Review identities, product details, text, and rights before publication. Output cannot replace verification of actual products, fit, or performance. Commercial use is also subject to our Commercial Use guidance.

4. Use restrictions

Model creation supports adult real or adult AI models only. Do not upload or generate unlawful content, non-consensual impersonation, or material that infringes privacy, likeness, or intellectual-property rights. Sexualized content involving minors and non-consensual intimate imagery are prohibited.

Do not use the service for fraud, misleading product claims, malware, bypassing safeguards, or automated abuse that harms other users. Imported creative instructions or Skills must not contain malicious or unauthorized executable content.

5. Subscriptions, credits, and payments

Available plans, prices, credit allowances, and renewal arrangements are described on purchase pages and at checkout. Generation tasks use credits under the relevant feature's billing rules. Check account records when reviewing payments, charges, and balances.

Use available account management options or contact support for subscription changes, billing disputes, or refund requests. Refunds and cancellations follow conditions disclosed at purchase and applicable requirements. Canceling a subscription does not automatically refund past payments.

6. Availability and responsibility

Features, models, and generation times may change with maintenance, capacity, and third-party services. We do not guarantee that every result meets your expectations, is exclusive, or qualifies for intellectual-property protection.

Review output before publication or business use and keep copies of important materials. Contact support about service issues or third-party rights disputes. These terms do not exclude user rights or responsibilities that applicable law requires to be preserved.

7. Suspension, termination, and updates

We may restrict content, tasks, or account access in cases of violations, unauthorized access, or threats to service security. Contact support with relevant information if you wish to dispute an action.

You may stop using the service. Contact support for account or data requests. We may update the service and these terms; the latest version and date appear here, with material changes communicated through appropriate channels.
