Commercial Use

Understand material permissions, model restrictions, and publication review before using AI creations in product pages, advertising, or client work.

Last updated:

1. Commercial scenarios

WearStage supports product presentations, brand visuals, social content, and advertising assets. Whether a particular output can be used commercially depends on your plan, input permissions, the selected model service's terms, and publishing platform requirements. Generation or payment alone does not clear all commercial rights.

2. Clear your input materials

Ensure you have appropriate rights to product photos, designs, patterns, fonts, trademarks, and brand materials. For client work, obtain permissions covering AI processing and the intended publication.

Real-person references require appropriate likeness and privacy permissions, including permission for commercial promotion where relevant. Do not present AI images as a real person's endorsement or actual experience. Model features are for adults only.

3. Output and third-party rights

Using WearStage does not transfer third-party trademark, likeness, design, or other rights to you. Output may resemble existing content or be ineligible for exclusive protection. We do not guarantee uniqueness or non-infringement.

If output includes recognizable marks, people, or protected elements, check permissions before publication and revise or replace materials when needed.

4. Plan and model restrictions

Models and service providers may impose additional conditions on commercial publication, resale, or specific content. Review the terms for the model used at generation time. If uncertain, send support the task details and intended use for clarification.

Plans and credits provide access to features and usage allowances. They do not replace material permissions or remove third-party service restrictions.

5. Review before publishing

Check product colors, construction, patterns, materials, accessories, size text, and other important details. Virtual try-on, video, and 3D previews may contain errors and should not be used as proof of actual fit or performance.

Provide AI disclosures when required by applicable rules and publishing platforms, and avoid misleading consumers. Prices, performance claims, reviews, and endorsements in advertising should have reliable support.

6. Client delivery and rights concerns

Explain the role of AI, applicable restrictions, and remaining review needs when delivering work to clients. Keep records of sources, permissions, and final approvals. Sharing or exporting does not expand existing permissions.

If a rights dispute arises, pause use of the affected content and contact support with task or project identifiers, the rights concerned, and verifiable supporting materials.
